Taos Ski Valley has many dining options from casual pizza and burgers, to upscale meals with local and seasonal menus. In the morning refuel with an delicious coffee from Black Diamond Espresso, spicy huevos rancheros at Cafe Naranja or enjoy breakfast at The Blake*. At lunch time, sit back, relax and grab a green chile cheeseburger, or spice things up with the famous New Mexico red and greend chile enchiladas. Sit outside with a brat and beer and enjoy a stunning view of Kachina Peak from the newly expanded deck at The Bavarian*.

* Please note the following restaurants will require proof of vaccinations and reservations for indoor dining: 192, The Phoenix, dinner at The Bavarian, Tenderfoot Katie’s, and Rhoda’s. The Resort will also have expanded outdoor dining and takeout options available for all guests to enjoy. Please check the Resort's Food & Beverage listing for specific guidelines per restaurant.
