Prepare your body for the slopes with Anice from Hot Yoga Taos. This strengthening class focuses on subtle movements through isometric, static active, and dynamic movements. Body focus is from your shoulder to mid thighs, and on all of the muscles that support a larger range of motion. This is a great class to get you ready for the slopes, hiking, biking and paddling!
All classes are 1 hour in length, $10 drop in.
Price includes use of locker room, showers and steam room post class. Sorry, no pool or hot tub access.
A limited number of mats and props provided.
No experience necessary.
