Wineries and Hot Springs
Hot Springs
Hot Springs of the Upper Rio Grande
Ojo Caliente Resort
located in the foothills of the Carson National Forest, in the town of Ojo Caliente, between Santa Fe and Taos. Five different springs with different temperatures and mineral content; indoor and outdoor pools with temperatures ranging from 85-106F. Bathing suits required. Credit card accepted.

Black Rock Hot Springs - Free Hot Springs located north of Taos, west of the town of Arroyo Hondo. It is about a 5-10 minute walk off a dirt road. Ask locals for directions.
Two mud-bottomed rock pools on the west bank of the Rio Grande. Pool temperatures are usually about 97 F depending on how high the river is. Clothing optional.
Stagecoach (Manby) Hot Springs - Free Hot Springs located north of Taos, west of the town of Arroyo Hondo. It is about a 15-20 minute walk off a dirt road. Three shallow sand-bottomed rock pools on the east bank of the Rio Grande. Pool temperatures are usually about 97 F depending on how high the river is. Clothing optional. To get here: From Taos go north on RT 64 and continue on RT 64 to the Taos Airport. Roughly across RT 64 from the airport see the signed "Tune Rd.". Take Tune Rd. north (right) and don't take any turn offs until about 4.2 miles where the road forks, keep left here. Continue about .5 miles more to the parking area at edge of canyon and walk about .5 miles down the old wagon road the leaves from the left side of the parking area.
