Comfortably stylish, The Lounge by Rolling Still Distillery honors the spirit of Taos, where Community intersects art, light, ski-slopes, the unending New Mexico magic, and live music. Close to Taos Plaza, the inviting adobe location and patio date back to the 19th century – a perfect place to enjoy the golden hour. And if you’re on the mountain check out our locale in Taos Ski Valley for your favorite aprés concoctions.
Seasonal menus, to-die-for cocktails, and rotating small plates are all made in-house daily by kindred spirits who feel more like family than staff, and who have indeed turned hospitality into an art form.
Bottles and cocktails are available to take home or give as gifts.
