Cooking Studio Taos

Cooking classes with Chef Chris Maher. Past recipient of six 4-Diamond Culinary Awards and a James Beard recognized chef. Classes are 100% hands on participation and learning.
We discuss, assign, cook and then sit down and enjoy what we have prepared together and talk some more. Students have fun and walk away having learned recipes, technique and theory. Chris is available for private cooking classes and catering for your next dinner party or event.
